Our Mission
For too long the disability community has been an afterthought in clothing design.
Not anymore.
You adapt every single day. You compete, push through and refuse to be defined by a world not built for you. The last thing you should have to fight is your own clothing.
That’s why Para exists.
We understand that frustration because we’ve lived it. Para was founded by someone born deaf — a lifelong athlete who has spent every day moving through a world not designed for him and competing regardless. That lived experience isn’t a backstory. It’s the reason Para is built differently.
We started with a t-shirt. Not because it’s small — but because every movement starts somewhere. The Pitruvian Man isn’t just a design. It’s a statement. A wheelchair athlete and an amputee in the same circle Da Vinci reserved for the “perfect” body.
Nobody is perfect. Every body is.
Every shirt you buy funds what comes next — adaptive clothing built for the body you have. Designed specifically for the disability community with no afterthoughts and no compromises.
And we need your help to build it right. When you order take two minutes to fill out our survey. Your answers directly shape what Para builds next. This isn’t a suggestion box — it’s a blueprint.
You are not an afterthought.
Built for the body you have.
Adapt Your Limits.
